At Unicity, we are looking for a passionate Distributor Success Expert who thrives on helping others succeed. This role is key in supporting our distributors’ growth, helping them understand our business model, overcome challenges, and reach their goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized support and exceptional service to distributors, ensuring every interaction drives success.
• Clearly explain our business model and product benefits in an inspiring and motivating way.
• Proactively follow up to help distributors achieve their sales and development goals.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions to strengthen distributor relationships.
• Participate in trainings, events, and in-person activities (both local and international) to enhance distributor experience.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales and Marketing to ensure clear and consistent communication.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or business development roles.
• Availability to travel at least 3–4 times per year.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong results-driven mindset.
• Desirable: Coaching or leadership training/certification.
• Proactive attitude, positive energy, and genuine passion for working with people.
