Unicity International Customer Service Agent Position in Bogotá
Unicity International, a global health and wellness company, is seeking commercial advisors/agents to join our customer service team in Bogotá. This role focuses on serving the Latin markets in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Position Details:
- Schedule:Sunday to Sunday
- Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Location: North Bogotá Office - Near 93 Park
Skills Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service (Inbound and Chat campaigns)
- Market knowledge
- Ability to address and resolve PQR (Petitions, Complaints, and Claims) on first contact
- Strong documentation skills
- Adherence to KPI indicators
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Multitasking abilities
- Basic Excel skills
- English proficiency at C1 level
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide information about products and services to customers and resolve their issues.
- Create and manage customer accounts.
- Update customer records with accurate information.
- Address and resolve product or service complaints by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Process customer adjustments to maintain financial accounts.
- Recommend potential products or services to management based on customer needs and information.
- Prepare reports on products or services by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
