Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers, addressing and resolving any issues.
• Manage and maintain customer accounts with up-to-date information.
• Resolve product or service complaints by identifying issues, determining causes, selecting the best solutions, and ensuring follow-up for resolution.
• Process and fulfill customer orders, including overnight order batches.
• Support team efforts to meet departmental goals and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong knowledge of the local market.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to meet and adhere to KPI standards.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to foster positive working relationships.
