Customer Experience Manager

Position Overview

The Customer Experience Manager will work closely with our sales distributors to ensure their success in their role. This role is responsible for enhancing the overall customer or distributor journey by developing and implementing strategies that foster positive interactions across all touchpoints. This role involves analyzing customer feedback, identifying pain points, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and product offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen understanding of customer behavior, and the ability to drive initiatives that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

This role is located in our Las Vegas, NV location and is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with IT and Marketing around promotions and launches and other communications that go to our customer base and/or impact them.
  • Maintaining direct communication to the customer base through proactive call outs and hands on interactions
  • Maintaining direct communication with our top distributors to continually learn ways the company can complement the distributor force to provide the best experience to our customers
  • Create, manage and implement projects to improve the retention of our customers and help a great percentage of them join Unicity as a Distributor as well.
  • Work closely with Customer Service to find ways to improve customer interactions there and work cohesively
  • Manager a small team of customer service specialists that will be more focused around proactively finding and implementing ways of improving the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years in customer experience, customer service, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a management position.
  • Proficiency in analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and insights that drive improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in managing projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer needs and advocate for their interests within the organization.
  • Ability to address challenges proactively and creatively, finding solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Comfort with change and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
