Director of Sales – US & Canada
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead and expand our sales operations across the US & Canada. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing strategic plans, overseeing the sales team, and achieving ambitious sales targets. As a key member of the leadership team, you will report and work closely with our Vice President of Sales, Americas and other department heads to ensure alignment between sales goals and overall company objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion across the US & Canada.
Oversee, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with top distributors, facilitating their success and customer retention.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback, adjusting strategies as necessary to stay ahead of the competition.
Deliver presentations and training sessions to internal teams and distributors, promoting best practices in sales and customer engagement.
Play a pivotal role in driving business growth and scaling operations to support future expansion.
Essential Requirements
10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required (fluent preferred, high proficiency acceptable).
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
Experience in training, facilitation, and public speaking.
Passion for health and fitness is a significant bonus.
Ability to travel monthly, with occasional trips longer than a week.
