Job Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance Apprentice to join our team and learn the ropes of maintaining and repairing various equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will assist experienced maintenance technicians in troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on machinery and building systems.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in learning maintenance skills
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn from senior maintenance staff
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior maintenance technicians with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks
- Learn to operate and maintain machinery and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating parts, and inspecting machinery
- Keep maintenance areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on maintenance tasks
