What Success Looks Like

• You actively prevent regressions before they happen, not just catch bugs after they occur.
• You co-own product quality with the team—collaborating in design, development, and deployment stages.
• You think critically about user impact, edge cases, and future scalability of test processes.
• You champion fast iteration, automate what matters, and move quickly without compromising quality.

Your Role

• Design and automate end-to-end test scenarios that simulate real user flows across mobile and web.
• Build and maintain test frameworks using tools like Playwright, Appium, or Detox.
• Collaborate with devs and PMs to ensure test coverage aligns with user stories and business rules.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Monitor and analyze test data to surface insights and identify systemic issues early.
• Continuously improve QA processes, especially as product velocity increases.

Requirements

• Playwright is a must
• 2+ years in QA, SDET, or related roles
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred)
• Experience testing Android/iOS apps + mobile device landscape familiarity
• Familiarity with tools like Appium, Detox, BrowserStack, and Postman
• Knowledge of black-box/white-box testing methodologies
• Experience supporting CI/CD for test automation
