Technical Guidance & Quality: Leverage your strong technical understanding of APIs and backend systems to guide product decisions. Work closely with engineers on architecture or API design trade-offs, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and performant.
Documentation & Training: Ensure thorough product documentation and knowledge sharing. Produce and maintain clear API documentation, user guides, and release notes. Conduct demos or training sessions for internal users.
