Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Specialist Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves customers by answering their questions and resolving their problems.

  • Serves the business by helping track down the root cause of customer problems and engaging with higher management of various departments for a solution.

  • Conducts specialized investigations into various problem areas or opportunities by connecting directly with the relevant demographic.

  • Performs outbound calling to support customer engagement, follow-ups, and proactive communication.

  • Provides front desk support for half of the workday, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and assisting with general office needs.

  • Works closely with the Director of Sales and Customer Service to communicate the reality of the customer experience at Unicity.

  • Learns the processes and daily actions of customer service reps and Unicity Distributors, and asks “How could this be done better?”

  • Detailed in information gathering and note taking from interactions with the field.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Participates in local training and development events.
