Key Responsibilities:
Member Education: Answer questions with accurate, science-based information regarding our metabolic health products.
Video Onboarding: meaningful connections via video calls to comfort and guide members as they begin their journey.
Subscription Management: Proactively reach out to customers to resolve declined payments or subscription issues, ensuring they don't miss a shipment.
Sales & Service Hybrid: Identify customer needs to suggest product adjustments or add-ons that enhance their results.
Brand Ambassadorship: Host guests for in-office tours and represent the brand at local pop-up sales events.
We Are Looking For:
Someone proficient in professional engagement (Phone and In-Person).
A candidate who asks, "How could this be done better?" and provides feedback to management.
Spanish/English bilingual skills are highly preferred.
