This job will be located in Las Vegas, NV.

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our day shift team. This role requires expertise in various maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring our facilities remain functional, safe, and well-maintained. The pay for this role is $16-$22 per hour DOE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
• Assist with office relocations, furniture assembly, and facility improvements
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications a plus)
